This hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is ideal with everything you need just a short walk away. Hotel operates smoothly and the rooms are spotless with pleasant fresh scents. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring great sleep. Our room faced courtyard making it wonderfully quiet and perfect for restful sleep. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options to suit even the pickiest of eaters. They also serve excellent coffee. Hotel provides on-site parking, which, although charged separately, is very convenient and secure. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location to explore Budapest, cozy and super clean rooms, rich breakfast.. we couldn't choose better place to stay in! I would like to thank Mr. Ferenc at the reception, who was super helpfull, bcs we arrived on National day and didn't know what places are open/closed etc. He even offered to bring our postcards the other day to post office. Thank you so much!

Staff are really kind and even prepared us breakfast earlier than usual before our flight. Good breakfast selection. Perfect location. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. Walked everywhere on the first day and second day we went to further places with the public transport, literally 3 mins walk from the hotel. This is a perfect stay for a 2 day trip.

Rooms were good, location was perfect. But that's not all. Due to a stupid accident I broke my leg and had to have surgery here. The way the staff offered help is indescribable. They took care of everything and took great care of my wife while I was in hospital. Every day they asked how I was and if there was anything they could do. We are regular travellers and have stayed in many hotels but the friendliness and the way they take care of their guests here is something we have never experienced anywhere else. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to all the staff here, I will never forget this and will therefore recommend this hotel to everyone. I hope to come back in better circumstances to explore this beautiful city further. Thank you for everything.

There was a 24-hour very helpful desk. The breakfast was fantastic! I highly recommend choosing the breakfast option—it was very tasty, warm, and fresh. The location was extremely convenient; I was able to reach all the famous areas by walking. From Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, you need to take the 100E bus (ticket price was 2200 Forint per person) and get off at the last stop. From there, it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel, which was extremely convenient and affordable. My room was on the 8th floor, clean, quiet, and had fast Wi-Fi. Hint: I stored my bags in the luggage room after checkout, and they told me I could pick them up whenever I wanted. In other hotels with a 24-hour desk, they usually only allow luggage storage until 6:00 PM. The next time I visit Budapest, I will definitely choose the same hotel.
